BIDS and the seniority lists are out.  Please submit your bid as early as
possible.  If there is any discrepancies with the seniority list, please
contact us
immediately.  The bids are due September 11, 2011.  Reminder, if you bid into
a team, you may get it based on seniority but not the requested tour.  For
example, if you bid CTRRT for mornings only, you will get CTTRT due to
your seniority being high enough but you may be assigned to the afternoon
tour even though you didn't bid it because other officers with higher seniority
who wanted mornings will get the morning tour before you.  Enforcement
teams often times change tours for special operations so please consider this
fact when you fill out your bid. Also before you bid for a branch you should
become familiar with the schedule and the type of work involved in other work
units.  Positions in Cargo, ATCET and the Mail Branch involve working
outside in inclement weather, and lifting and carrying items of excessive
weight.
We have an announcement for people interested in the Enhanced CBPO
Retirement System.  It is in our announcement section or just click
